Notes:

In our current Excel dashboard, we don’t have a consolidated summary reports of our Funds, Prices, or Allocations as we’re currently managing two Super accounts. Each of our accounts have separate APP, TPP, and LPP, A$, and Tar$. When integrating our details with AI, AI consolidated our details, and then performed its calculations quite efficiently. Only tricky part is when calculating PMV as it requires subtotals from our initial template. As for Qty, we’ve provided AI with two amounts and prompted AI to calculate as one. Using both PMV and Qty, allowed for AI to systematically calculate APP as one. Regarding Tar$, we can have Tar$ without having Qty or CP, so AI didn’t hallucinate then. As for Cash Tr and Bal, we had to prompt AI to report numbers as is without calculations. We haven’t prompted AI to calculate any %’s, so will determine an appropriate workflow for this weekly and monthly summary report.

Regarding Power BI, due to its restrictions when updating its data tables, we may consider revisiting this report in SEP26 as our quarterly.
