Notes:

Based on v1, we’ve made a few changes on our tables formatting based on the AI workflow. To integrate AI, we needed to include ID# by embedding Excel formulas to dynamically update for each specific Fund. Since Excel works with ranges and not user friendly when it comes to hidden rows, using certain Excel functions such as COUNTIF doesn’t work. Therefore, updating with subtotal and offset functions, although complex to understand, it works and updates dynamically. Since our transactions are based on latest first, our Tr# is in descending order. Any trades that we do are in lots, and now using the ID#, we can assign each lot and calculate TSPs, as well as DFCs once ex-dividends are in effect.

As for our initial Ledger Table, we’ve initially included Tar Qty, Rem, DCA Qty, and Est Cost. We’ve decided to separate this data into its own structured table under Fund Metrics Table. Tar% and Tar$ remains open until we backtest the calculations when integrating variable changes to our A$ and A%.

We haven’t attempted to create a reconciliation report identifying certain lots when Sold so that all of the associated tables would be updated, but since AI is not a database, cross referencing with various tables and datasets can’t be systemically updated just yet.
