I didn't include KBonus JUN25 or EFI Cash Contributions, so there's a chance we can finish paying off our remaining home mortgage loan balance by JUN25.
For JUN24, we’ve received 4.5K+ in Dividends, and estimating Franking Credits to be about 1.5K (pending AU Tax Filing). Once we submit our tax filing, we’ll transfer the realized gains as contributions to the Offset Acct by SEP24.
As the ASX is still trading within the 52WH for the banking sector based on our assessed risk, we’ve liquidated our investments and increased our Prepaid Mortgage. Our Prepaid Mortgage is now at 290K as of JUL24. We’ll keep our investments in RIO, BHP, and DXS as they’re trading within our assessed risk. We also won’t true-up our EFI cash positions since the Mortgage Interest Rate is still at 6.79% to-date.
