Web based Workflow (Brainstorming)

We’re currently brainstorming on the most cost efficient method when building a web based/online/cloud workflow for our FinAI Dashboard. Although Excel Online+Power Automate seems to be the most optimal choice, but its not the most cost efficient due to its user/monthly access. Based on AI, seems like we can consider using Google Sheets and build an API workflow, but not sure how technical this would be, and how much effort this would require. If we decide to proceed with any of these two options, creating an AI Agent would be optional as both our Excel Dashboard and Squarespace doesn’t contain any sensitive information as its not linked to any of our financial or investment accounts.

To-date, our experience with Google Sheets is that the spreadsheets can’t handle advanced or complex formulas well when dealing with many spreadsheets. We’ve had instances where it kept lagging and froze our computer, and risked breaking our online models due to it constant saves. As for Power Automate, we’ve tested a few times and it’s quite similar to writing an Excel macro. Only issue we can see from this is how sensitive fetching the information would be as our information changes frequently and dynamically due to its daily market prices and trading activity.
