Price and Licensing (CoPilot)

Price and Licensing (CoPilot)

I’ve drawn up the workflow for FI FP models. Based on the processes, it can be done more efficiently using an LLM. Microsoft Copilot Studio would be the most effective method, however, the pricing doesn’t justify the workflow processes as this is for personal use only. Based on my due diligence, it seems as though Microsoft is forcing Copilot Studio users under the Business Plan, when I only need it to access Personal OneDrive. We don’t need Copilot for other Microsoft apps either.

Pricing wise, I’m good with 13/month since I’m already using the stock prices feed onto our Excel dashboard for our investments and I utilize CoPilot often as I’m creating the models for our Dashboard. However, switching from $159/annually->$745/annually is costly and not justified for our intended purposes.

I’ve looked into N8N for the workflows. Since I’m already on Microsoft 365 Personal subscription for our stock prices feed, prefer not to pay additional subscription fees for AI credits and just stick with Microsoft Copilot to create our dashboards. I’ll draft up a workflow to streamline the automation processes.
