Phone confirmation-no online bookings

Just noting the following:

• Most Spa bookings require phone bookings/confirmations only

• Education Centres require phone bookings first, then fill out online form, online payment from bank account

With our current technology today, I’m surprised that vendors still require phone confirmation/bookings and can’t be completed online.

Most online trades can be done online through investment brokerages, hence, they charge commissions per transaction.

Regarding personal finance, syncing online accounts have a security risk issue due to hackers and data leaks. However, investors require software or apps to analyze their financials/investments.

Will brainstorm for ideas for next project.
