We just prepaid 5K to Prepaid Mortgage. Total PPM is now at 295K as of JUL24.

We also purchased our Cruise for DEC24, and we have 2 months of prepayments for AUG and SEP.

We booked our Melbourne trip for AUG. Utilized our travel hacking by utilizing our Qantas Pts. Flights will be purchased through Expedia. Our next international trip will utilize our Expedia Pts.

For investments, we’ll get ready to purchase RIO and BHP for dividend captures in AUG and SEP, so we’ll have sufficient liquidity in EFI.

After we finalize our AU Taxes, we’ll calculate our EFI-DFC and will offset as monthly contributions for PPM in SEP24. Target at 8.5K.

Depending on our cash liquidity in EFI, will make quarterly contribution of 2K in SEP24.
