ING Offset (SEP25-JUN26)
Notes:
- I've changed KFI-BInvT from 5K-to-3.5K as 5K is heavy on the cash flow. Since we have 10 months, it's if we fix the monthly at 3.5K.
- Int is at 1.125K (MO 750/monthly is trued up after refinance and int adj), so net interest is about 375/monthly
- Once KFI-BInvT is fully allocated, we'll finalize EFI-Holding
- PPM FY25 will be done by JUN27 (out of 50K), then we'll start at 300K PPM (depending if we purchase IP)
- Macq+CBA will be fully allocated by JUN26 (with KD/KMA and KFI-BInvT)
