Notes:

AI doesn’t always pick up negative amounts during validation
AI can’t ascend or descend negative amounts accurately
AI has issues distinguishing between balance sheet and expense accounts
AI doesn’t handle contra accounts properly
AI has issues distinguishing text label and action item. For example, I had Monthly under Category as its our monthly contributions, however, AI can’t identify this properly and gets mixed up with monthly ranges. I might have to relabel this to ensure its accuracy.
Unless already specified in the formulas, AI doesn’t always calculate totals and subtotals with different text labels
AI can interpret rules so long as periods are specified
AI can italicize the results

Determine PPM FY25 (balance sheet) and PPM3Y (contra acct) treatment for AI to calculate properly
Remove KD/KMA after JUN25
Mortgage, Utilities, Property Fees, Household Bills will be reported separately as quarterly
Revise template to reflect Balance Sheets first and Expense Accounts after
Prepaid Mortgage is not included in Totals, so can either include as a subtotal below EFI Total or remove it from the results
EFI-Holding are reported as actual results
AI excluded Monthly from results, so need to either rename Monthly-to-Monthly Contr or offset with EFI-Holding
