Notes:

- We have to break into 3 different phases (DEC24 / JUN25 / JUN26) for transparency purposes

- Based on the 3 periods, we'll be allocating between ING and Inv+Cash

- PPM and EFI will be our Offsets

- Target Allocation % will be between EFI/KFI-BInvT/KD/KMA by Total

- KFI-BInvT will remain about the same + MI % saved

- KD/KMA will be liquidating from ING-to-Cash effective JUN25

Additional Notes:

- Need to make an assessment for EFI as our Target Inv is 100K while buying out KD/KMA from ING. Most likely we'll be reallocating PPM and ING Offset. Our monthly prepayments upto JUN25 will pay off our remaining mortgage. We'll have a net positive cash flow so we'll allocate between EFI and PPM.
