Notes:
AI treats all data uploaded as static amounts
AI treats all totals as static amounts unless we tell AI otherwise
AI allows for renaming labels while keeping the formulas intact
AI can’t differentiate MR% for individual trades as it calculates the averages if the Fund has more than one transaction
AI has issues handling many categories with calculated results in the same table
AI has issues calculating totals using detailed transactions
AI has issues reconciling the category total with a calculated total
AI has issues sorting accurately even if its initially calculated by AI
Additional Notes:
Requires data validation after uploading
Detail transactions from source data doesn’t sync with AI calculated totals, so at times require data validation to be manually uploaded and updated
AI is good with keeping detailed transactions, but at times gets confused depending on its prompts, so we used a unique identifier for reconciling purposes
AI has issues syncing separate tables and risks the initial data becoming erased completely
AI at times get confused with certain text prompts. Need to be very specific when prompting
Even after telling AI how something should be calculated or fixed or updated, AI says its fixed, but it still shows the wrong amount
