ChatGPT-EK Portfolio (JUN24-SEP24)(Results)
Notes on ChatGPT assessment:
Didn’t factor in September results for Materials based on the first interpretation
Gives a general assessment only for the overview summary
Second assessment provided a more detailed assessment once I stated specific categories
My thoughts on ChatGPT assessment:
Prepay Mortgage: possibly to reduce long-term interest obligations. [Correct]
ING Offset: indicating a partial return of funds to the offset account [Incorrect]. maintaining liquidity and using funds for investment [Correct] or prepaying the mortgage [Incorrect]
CASH: Same comments as ING Offset. [Incorrect]. ChatGPT doesn’t distinguish CASH within Super even though I specified it as a separate Category. ChatGPT doesn’t know how to make a proper assessment for Cash.
EK Super: ongoing contributions or capital growth [General response]. What ChatGPT should’ve done was to assess CASH within EK Super, which it didn’t. CASH increased from 146K-to-221K within EK Super due to liquidating Materials of about 67K.
EFI-Income: yield-stability [Incorrect]. more conservative income-focused strategy [Incorrect]. stronger emphasis on cash flow by September [Incorrect]. ChatGPT completely missed the mark on that one. The assessment should’ve stated and looked at ING Offset within EFI-Income as it increased from 23.75K-to-112.5K from Aug-to-Sep.
Income-ETFs: strategic realignment [Correct].
Overall Summary from ChatGPT:
Prepay Mortgage and EK Super: long-term financial security and debt management goals [General response]
ING Offset: potential shift toward enhancing liquidity or preserving capital [General response]
Long-term planning (EK Super, Prepay Mortgage)
Liquidity management (CASH, ING Offset)
notable rebalancing in response to shifting financial goals or market conditions
