Notes:

Based on my forecast, we'll reduce WBC-Sav MC to .5K. By JUN26, balance would be about 31K.

Without materially impacting WBC-Sav, we can offset from ING Offset [KD/KMA] with weekly withdrawals.

As for the cash transfers, I can reduce from ING Offset [KD/KMA] of:

3.25K+3.35K+3.4K=10K to NAB->DBS [B1-B3][APR26-MAY26]

3.20K+3.30K+3.5K=10K to NAB->DBS [B4-B6][MAY26-JUN26]

WBC-Sav will be Cash-Sav backup for ING Offset and will be reset by JUL26 as needed.
