ASX is trading at it’s 52WHs in most of our Income and Income ETFs initiated our DCA SELL OFF. Also decided to liquidate out of the Individual REITs and focus on REITs ETFs instead.

As our Cash APR % is about 4.75% in our EK Super, we will be sitting on the side lines as the market is heated. Will reset our target DCA Buys at -7.5% as of today’s prices to ease back in our purchases. Prefer not to hold much of our holdings in a heated market based on today’s economic factors.

We’re still in a high interest rate economy, and property prices haven’t officially eased yet. As many household mortgages are transitioning from fixed-to-variable rates (including ours), we don’t mind sitting in cash in our Offset Acct.

We’ve received most of our Dividend Payouts in JUL23/AUG23, and closed our JUN23 with a much higher increase in equity, so we’re fortunate to keep our earnings. Would be interested to see the market volatility around OCT23/NOV23 and consider reinvesting more then.
